Pay over the phone
To pay by using our interactive voice response (IVR) system or by speaking to a Customer Care representative, dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or 1-800-937-8997 from a touch-tone phone. Please have your credit card or checking account information ready when calling. NOTE: There will be a $5.00 processing fee for payments made through a Customer Care representative
